IMPORTANT NOTE: This model is assembled with an NL-4 type connector, wired on pins 1+ and 1- in NL-2 mode (1 audio channel). It can be connected to an NL-4 socket wired on 1+/1-, but — although it is wired on two contacts only — will NOT fit into an NL-2 socket (NL-2 P).

This is because the relief of NL-4 connectors, often used on only 2 pins (whereas they allow 4-pin connection), is different from that of NL-2s: an NL-2 can be connected to an NL-4 socket, but not vice versa.

This is a common anomaly, and we've sent a reminder to manufacturers not to call cords equipped with an NL-4 plug "NL-2", even if it's wired on two points only. Fortunately, most loudspeaker manufacturers take the precaution of equipping them with NL-4 sockets wired on 2 points, and able to accept NL-2 plugs, but this can pose a problem when connecting older loudspeakers or current models equipped with NL-2 sockets (type NL-2 P).
