Shipment within 48 hours (business days), except for specific mentions on certain articles. Small items via Lettre Suivie; secured parcels via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. International: Lettre Suivi Internationale, Mondial Relay (eligible countries), Delivengo or Colissimo International. Real-time tracking available.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the package and the value of the items. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each one. Box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days after purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in case of defect (covered by us). Item must be intact with original packaging. Refund within 7 days after compliant receipt.
