Shipping your order
Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours, except where otherwise stated on specific product pages.
Depending on the weight, value and destination of your order, several delivery methods may be available, including tracked mail, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Delivengo or other suitable shipping services.
Shipping charges include order preparation, packaging and transportation costs. They vary according to the total parcel weight and destination.
Depending on the destination, the most suitable carrier may be offered in order to provide the best balance between delivery time, tracking, reliability and cost.
We recommend grouping your items into a single order. Two separate orders require two separate preparations and therefore incur separate shipping charges.
Packaging is selected according to the products shipped in order to provide suitable protection during transport.
Free shipping
Mainland France: free standard shipping from €159.
European Union: free standard shipping from €199.
When your order reaches the applicable threshold for its destination, a free delivery option is automatically offered when you select your shipping method.
Other available delivery methods, including priority, secured or alternative carrier services, may remain chargeable.
Automatic free shipping does not apply to destinations outside the European Union.

The rates below are provided for information purposes and are effective as of 26 August 2026. They may change depending on carrier rates, parcel weight, destination or the characteristics of the order.
The exact shipping charge is always the amount displayed in your cart before payment.

For deliveries within the European Union, the final amount may vary depending on the destination country and the applicable VAT rate. The final shipping charge is calculated automatically in your cart.
For heavier or bulkier parcels, including certain amplifiers, turntables, speakers or other Hi-Fi equipment, the exact shipping rate is calculated automatically during checkout.
Deliveries outside the European Union
For destinations outside the European Union, shipping charges are calculated according to the parcel weight and destination country.
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges or handling fees may be charged upon arrival by local authorities or the carrier. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise when placing the order.
This may also apply, depending on the applicable tax and customs rules, to deliveries to French overseas territories.
For certain high-value or particularly fragile products, Stereo’s Store may require or offer a tracked, secured or insured shipping method.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
The statutory withdrawal period is 14 calendar days. Stereo’s Store voluntarily extends this period to 30 days as a commercial benefit.
You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. The product must be returned complete, clean and undamaged, together with all accessories and, where possible, its original packaging.
A proportionate deduction may be made from the refund if the product has been handled or used beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer, except where we have made an error or the product is non-conforming, in which case we cover the return costs.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order after receipt and inspection of the returned item and within the deadlines required by applicable regulations.

As every situation is different, we may also cover all or part of the return shipping costs as a commercial gesture depending on the circumstances. Each request is reviewed individually.
