Shipment within 48 hours (business days), except for specific mentions on certain items.
Small items via Lettre Suivie; secured parcels via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
International: Lettre Suivie Internationale, Mondial Relay (eligible countries), Delivengo or Colissimo International. Real-time tracking available.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage.
Shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the package and the destination.
Depending on the destination, the most suitable carrier (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Delivengo, Lettre Suivie...) is selected to ensure the best balance of delivery time, reliability and cost; this choice may be adjusted at any time based on current conditions.
We recommend grouping all your items into a single order, as placing two separate orders will result in separate shipping fees and double preparation of your packages.
Packaging dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

Customs and Taxes for International Shipments
For deliveries outside the European Union or to French overseas territories (DROM-COM), customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged by local authorities or the carrier. These costs remain the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of order. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities in your country before placing an international order.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days after purchase.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in case of a defect or an error on our part (covered by us).
The item must be intact with original packaging.
Refund within 7 days after receipt of the conforming item.
We know that every situation is different: depending on the context (order value, nature of the issue, length of the customer relationship...), we may choose to cover all or part of the return shipping costs as a goodwill gesture, even outside the cases mentioned above.
