Vintage ceramic / piezoelectric phono cartridge marked STC 41 S THOMSON. This three-pin model is intended for restoring Thomson equipment and other record players originally using the exact same cartridge body and carrier.
The same stylus family is also encountered under the Pathé Marconi STC 41 and STC-S names. These references are closely related, but the variant, mounting and wiring must be checked before treating the complete cartridge as interchangeable.
Replacement charts link the Pathé/Thomson STC 41 family to the Tonar 157 / 157-DS, a spherical stereo diamond stylus for 33 and 45 rpm records.
The same stylus family is referenced for Pathé Marconi STC-7, STC-S, STC-41 and STC-2000 D, Saba Disco Centre STC-10 S, and Thomson STC-100 D and STC-1000 D. This is a stylus cross-reference and does not by itself confirm complete-cartridge compatibility.
